I have a passion for supporting parents and children through the early stages of feeding, sleep, and newborn care.
I am a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, with over a decade of experience in healthcare focused on medication counseling, patient education, and clinical support.
Over time, I felt called to expand my work beyond traditional healthcare settings and focus on supporting families during the beautiful but often overwhelming postpartum period and early childhood years.
As a mother of two, I have experienced my own breastfeeding challenges, which have deeply shaped the compassionate and practical way I support families today.
Through Steamboat Lactation & Sleep, I provide evidence-based lactation support and sleep coaching tailored to each family’s unique needs. My goal is to empower parents with education, realistic strategies, and compassionate support while collaborating with healthcare providers when additional medical guidance is needed.
I am excited to support families in Steamboat Springs and surrounding communities, including Craig, Oak Creek, and the greater Routt County area.
